Nothing beats working with a specialist one-on-one. But there are resources out there to aid you in your journey, whether that's to help connect you with others with OCD, develop additional skills in dealing with OCD, or just grow your knowledge.
So let's dive in!
Podcasts
Here are some of the top OCD podcasts that I'd recommend with a star by my top pick
The OCD Stories hosted by Stuart Ralph ⭐
Your Anxiety Toolkit hosted by Kimberley Quinlan, LMFT
Purely OCD hosted by Lauren Rosen, LMFT, and Kelley Franke, LMFT
Bonus show: For those with relationship OCD, I highly recommend The Anxious Love Coach hosted by Natalie Kennedy ⭐
Books
Here are some of the top OCD books/workbooks that I'd recommend with a star by my top pick
The Self-Compassion Workbook for OCD, by Kimberly Quinlan, LMFT (same person who hosts the Your Anxiety Toolkit podcast). This book is PHENOMONAL and necessary. ⭐
The OCD Answer Book: Professional Answers to More Than 250 Top Questions about Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, by Patrick McGrath. Patrick is a top-level spokesperson for NOCD and very knowledgeable. I haven't read this but it comes recommended.
The Mindfulness Workbook for OCD, by Jon Hershfield MFT and Tom Corboy MFT. I have this book and haven't finished it, but so far so good.

ocd.app for mobile phone. Helpful daily exercises to break free from harmful OCD thinking loops
For relationship OCD: https://rocdtreatment.com/. This is a beta, free online course from some of the top OCD researchers in Israel. Phenomenal work they are doing with ROCD. ⭐
